La Grange Library Board Seeks Applicants to Fill Vacancy

La Grange, IL - Library trustee Reid Carlberg has tendered resignation from his position on the La Grange Public Library Board, effective April 30.

Carlberg served on the Library Board of Trustees for one year. The Board of Library Trustees accepted his resignation at the Feb. 16 regular meeting.

The library board seeks applicants for the position to fill the unexpired term until April 2017. Any La Grange resident 18 or over may apply. The board is looking for someone who will bring positive energy to the board and work collaboratively with others.

Interested parties are asked to submit a letter of qualification or resume along with a statement of interest to library director Jeannie Dilger, La Grange Public Library, 10 W. Cossitt Ave., La Grange, IL 60525, or email to dilgerj@lagrangelibrary.org by March 10.
