La Grange Man Charged With Burglary: Police
In another case, a bag of groceries was stolen from a car, authorities said.

LA GRANGE, IL – La Grange police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the La Grange police reports:
Burglary
- Ulmon Thomas, 67, who lives in the Beds Plus affordable housing at 9601 Ogden Ave., was arrested April 1 on a charge of burglary. Police said a bicycle was stolen about 4:30 a.m. March 18 from a garage in the 200 block of La Grange Road.
Theft

- A bag of groceries was reported stolen from an unlocked car April 5 at 7-Eleven, 6 E. 47th St.
Damage
- An outside planter valued at $500 was damaged April 7 near the downtown intersection of Ashland and Burlington avenues.

- A 22-year-old Chesterton, Indiana, man was arrested about 3:30 a.m. April 13 in the 200 block of East Avenue on charges of DUI and disobeying a stop sign.
- A 33-year-old Cicero man was arrested about 7:30 p.m. March 19 on West 47th Street on charges of DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
