La Grange Restaurant's 1-Day Closure Explained
This eatery shuts doors temporarily as it deals with a challenge.
LA GRANGE, IL — La Grange's Steak + Vine will be closed Monday because of labor shortages, the restaurant announced late Monday morning.
"Our main priority now is to weather this labor shortage while maintaining the current staff," the restaurant said.
The eatery plans to reopen at 5 p.m. Tuesday for "our normal work week," it said.

On its Facebook page, Steak + Vine, 37 S. La Grange Road, describes itself as a steakhouse serving "delicious food and amazing wines in a casually elegant setting."
The restaurant was founded by La Grange resident Nick Gangas and his best friend, chef Michael Wilson, in July 2016.
