LT Board of Education Meeting Tonight

The Board of Education for Lyons Township High School meets tonight at 7 p.m. at LT's North Campus, 100 S. Brainard Ave., in room 103-104. Here's a look at what's on the agenda tonight:

Executive Session:

The board will enter closed session near the beginning of the meeting to discuss a confidential student matter. The board may take action on the matter later as part of its New Business agenda. 

The board will enter closed session again to discuss matters of employee's salaries. They are expected to vote on the items when they return from closed session. Salaries being discussed include administrator's salaries and non-contractual employee compensation. 

Other items on the agenda:

• A summer workshop for minority achievement.
• The award of contracting bids for LTTV and for athletic and P.E. supplies.
• Action expected on a Teacher Tablet PC program.
