Moms Talk: How the World of Parenting Has Changed

Last night, a group of our Mom Council members got together for some food and drink at a local restaurant. Over the course of the night, we had many interesting discussions, but one that stuck out was the way that things change, and the way they have changed in the world of parenting.  

So, today we're focused on change on Mom Talk. How do you think parenting has changed since you were growing up? We've got a wide range of ages, personalities and perspectives on Mom Talk. It should be interesting to see where these experiences differ and where they are the same.

How have you parented, as opposed to the ways your parents did? What differences do you remember about growing up, as opposed to how your children have? 

Ultimately, how do you think all of this will influence your children? How do you think they will parent?
