“Her softball swing is one of the most natural that I have seen in my 22-year coaching career. I am very happy for her and her family that she will continue her softball career at Eastern Illinois. Go Panthers,” says former Softball Coach and Eastern alum, Kristen Stojetz.

The Eastern Illinois University Panthers are an NCAA Division I program. Nazareth Academy wishes Mia continued success at Eastern.

Emma Decker is both an outstanding athlete and a dedicated honors student. She was a four year varsity starter, and a three time ESCC all-conference selection, committing to athletic excellence while still earning A Honor Roll each quarter. “As a setter and hitter in a 6-2 formation, Emma impacts the game with her hitting and blocking as well as her running of the offense,” says Head Volleyball Coach Wayne Saunders. The Villanova Wildcats are an NCAA Division I program. Nazareth Academy wishes Emma continued success at Villanova.

Maeve Grimes was a three year varsity starter and this past season was selected ESCC All-Conference for the first time in addition to being named to an All-Tournament team. “She made a great impact on the court and her leadership will be missed,” says Head Volleyball Coach Wayne Saunders. The Ferris State Bulldogs are an NCAA Division II program. Nazareth Academy wishes Maeve continued success at Ferris State.
