A New Pizzeria Planned In La Grange
The owners are starting a project to remodel a downtown La Grange building.
LA GRANGE, IL – The Wooden Paddle, a Lemont wood-fired pizzeria, plans to open another location in La Grange.
Wooden Paddle's co-founders, Jonathan and Brianna Cowan, have bought the property at 23 Calendar Ave.
"We plan on completely gutting and remodeling the space and opening our second location there," Jonathan Cowan said in an email to Patch.

He said he expected this project to last 10 months to a year.
"Brianna and I have been working on finding a location for another Wooden Paddle for the past year," he said in a Facebook post. "It was a long journey, and we had the opportunity to meet a lot of great people as we were scouting out towns."
