The perfect combination of youth, talent, and experience brings you the versatile Rachel Peterson singing a full compliment of great standards and show tunes with Mark Streder providing the accompaniment with a flair all his own.

Friday, 7/8: HealthPro Wellness Seminar: “Pet-tastic”, LL Fitness Room 9:30am
“Pet-tastic: Ensuring Best Practices for safely Managing Pets” is the subject of this month’s clinic addressing common tasks associated with pet care and assessment of continued safety while performing these tasks presented by our Health-Pro rehab.

Saturday, 7/9: Nostalgia Live! Dole Hall 7:15pm
A musical revue evoking memories through songs from the 1920s to the present, featuring two singers. Performing Broadway show songs and old standards; as they take their audience on a trip down memory lane.

Sunday, 7/17: Lynn Rymarz as Rosie the Riveter, Dole Hall 2:30pm Historical dramatist, Lynn Rymarz will portray the famous “Rosie the Riveter”. Lynn will share the story of Geraldine Hoff Doyle, the image behind the iconic poster of Rosie the Riveter, “We Can Do It!” Hear how this glamour girl went to work in a factory at the age of 17 to support the war effort during WWII.
Monday, 7/18: Ralph Gutekunst: Origins of the Renaissance, Dole Hall 1:00pm
The program, “Origins of the Renaissance” presented by resident Ralph Gutekunst. This travelogue will depict the splendor of the Italian Renaissance, this significant period in history. Everyone welcome for program.

Tuesday, 7/19: Singer/Guitarist Joe Fire, Albert Hall 2:15pm
Joe Fire will be sharing some fun guitar music and singing.

Wednesday, 7/20: Afternoon at the Classic Movie, Albert Hall 2:00 pm Come enjoy some freshly popped popcorn and watch the classic movie, The King & I.(part 1)

Guest speaker Terry Poppleton will present a program entitled “On the Trail of the Ancient Ones – the Story of the Anaazi”. History teacher Terry Poppleton has had a lifelong interest in our Native Americans and will share his knowledge of their history and present day American Southwest.

Friday, 7/29 & Saturday 7/30: LATTE Theater presents…The 39 Steps, Dole Hall
Friday 7:00pm & Saturday 2:00pm & 7:00pm
Join the LATTE Theater as they present The 39 Steps, a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theater! This award-winning treat is packed with non-stop laughs, over 150 zany characters (played by a talented cast of 4), an on-stage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers and some good old-fashioned romance. Our own Plymouth Place Players will also be performing. $5 students/seniors, $12 adults ($10 pre purchase). For tickets, call 708-655-0989.
