Police Make Arrest in Strong Arm Robbery
A Brookfield boy is accused of robbing two 12-year-olds June 21 in La Grange.

La Grange, IL — La Grange police arrested a 14-year-old boy June 23 in connection with a strong arm robbery on June 21 in the village.
The boy is a Brookfield resident, according to La Grange police.
The teenager's detention hearing is set for June 24 at the Cook County Juvenile Court building, 1100 S. Hamilton in Chicago.

Around 7:30 p.m. June 21, two 12-year-old boys were robbed at Cossitt and Ashland avenues in La Grange.
The suspects were described as two teenage boys. No weapons were involved in the robbery. No one was injured, and an iPhone 6 was reported stolen, according to police.
