West End Art Festival Returns to La Grange This Weekend

The work of 60 jury-selected artists will be featured in the West End Business District on Saturday and Sunday in La Grange.

La Grange's wildly successful returns this weekend, Sept. 15-16, to the West End Business District with 60 jury-selected artists showing their work over two days.

This year, the festival kicks off with Jazz fans can dig music from the Marlene Rosenberg Septet featuring vocalist Tammy McCann, food from local restaurants and mingle with festival artists before the big weekend.

The festival officially opens on Saturday, Sept. 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and continues on Sunday, Sept. 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Now in its 16th year, the fest features a stunning array of work with styles ranging from woodworking to sculptor, oil paints to watercolors and photography and jewelry.

The fest always draws a huge crowd to La Grange. Those who live along the BNSF rail line can take the Metra directly to the event by getting off at —it will literally drop you off right in the middle of things and you wont have to worry about parking.
