Western Springs Police Reports: Theft, Underage Drinking

The information in the following reports is courtesy of the Western Springs Police Department.

A mom reported that on June 18, someone picked a bag that her teenage daughter left at Spring Rock Park, 4500 Central Avenue. The bag contained sunglasses valued at about $170.

Officers were sent to a home for a report of a shirtless male sleeping at 5:23 a.m. June 25 against a garage door in the 4500 block of Clausen Avenue. Upon arrival, officers could smell alcohol on his breath. The teenager of Western Springs was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.
