Work Starts On Key La Grange Bridge
Lanes will be closed, causing delays, the village said.
LA GRANGE, IL – The state is starting work on the Ogden Avenue bridge over the Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad, which is a few blocks west of East Avenue in La Grange.
The project will involve resurfacing and improvements to the bridge.
To accommodate the work, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction and a pedestrian detour will be in place, according to a village news release.
