The Parent Board of the Gorton Children's Drop-In Center will hold its annual Oktoberfest fundraiser from 7-11 p.m. Sept. 27 at The Lake Forest Club, 554 N. Westmoreland Road.Oktoberfest 2013 proceeds will go toward building a new outdoor playground and creating a learning garden.The event will feature dinner, drinks and live music by Smoking Fish. An auction will include Aspen and Costa Rica vacation packages; a "Go Bears" package (tickets, passes, Jay Cutler autographed football); dinner out; party packages and more.Tickets are $75 in advance and can be purchased at <a href="http://www.gortoncenter.org/Oktoberfest" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.gortoncenter.org/Oktoberfest</a> or $85 at the door.
