Kids Resale Event Will Benefit Community Children
Penny Posh is coming to Lake Forest's Faith Lutheran Church in October.

Penny Posh, children’s brand name consignments, will be hold its fall sale at Faith Lutheran Church in Lake Forest, a military-friendly congregation that has several community outreach programs. Faith’s proceeds from the sale will benefit its future activities with Sidewalk Sunday School in Zion.
Sidewalk Sunday School’s mission is to “reach at-risk children and youth and equip them for a better future by building their spitirual, emotional and intellectual strength so they will successfully fulfill their unique purpose in life.”
The fall event will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, 680 W. Deerpath Road, Lake Forest. Hours are 5-8 p.m. Oct. 10, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 11 and 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 12. There will be a $2 admission charge on Thursday, and a $1 admission fee on Friday. Sunday the majority of the merchandise will be half price and admission will be free.

Penny Posh sales include gently used infant through teen clothing, toys, books, equipment, gear, room décor and shoes. Consignor registration will continue until the day before the event. Area families wishing to sell items can earn up to 70 percent of their sales.
