LAKE FOREST, IL — Lake Forest Community High School District 115 officials are hosting a grand opening ceremony next week for a newly built space on the high school's west campus.

The center's approach helps make learning experiences more inclusive and instructional planning more individualized, according to district representatives. Its curriculum ranges from post-secondary education, vocational training, job opportunities, adult services, independent living and community participation.

"Our goal is to create learning spaces that give our District 115 students with disabilities the education and exposure to life skills they need to prepare for adult life following high school," Nadler said.

Matt Montgomery, the joint superintendent of District 115 and Lake Forest School District 67, is scheduled to deliver remarks at Wednesday's ceremony, which will also feature tours of the updated space.
