Police Set Bicycle Rodeo Saturday
Lake Forest Police Department will help local youth with bike safety.

A Bicycle rodeo teaching bicycle safety sponsored by the Lake Forest Police Department will be held between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday at the Oakwood Parking lot adjacent to City Hall, according to a news release from the Department.
The event is free to children of all ages and they can arrive anytime during the four-hour span. They must bring their own bicycle and helmet.
Participants will tour a number of stations dealing with important facets of safe cycling, according to the release. Bicycles will be inspected and safety skills taught.

Once the rodeo is finished, participants will receive a free raffle ticket for a drawing for a bicycle.
