Scouts Star Performers: Dan Bedore threw a complete game in the night cap giving up five hits and striking out five. Henry Erzinger and Robert Kessman each collected two hits for the day.

Other Notable Scout Performances: Connor Hanrahan, Luke Turelli, Peter Gruenes, Cam England, Luke Johnson, Hub Cirame, Michael Szeszol, Liam Howe, Conner Hayes and Charlie Sullivan had a hit each. Turelli, Howe and David Keaton combined to hold St. Joe to a single run. Keaton struck out five.

The Bottom Line: In the first game, Lake Forest scored a run in the first and five more in the fourth to take control. St. Joe took the lead in the second contest with a third inning run before the Scouts tied things in the fourth and went ahead with three runs in the next inning.
