Cops: Woman Flees and Eludes Officer; Aggravated DUI; Juveniles With Pot

Lemont police reports, July 2-8.

SATURDAY, JULY 2

Felix Ortega, 44, of the 1600 block of Fordham Street in Bolingbrook, was charged around 7:30 a.m. with driving a commercial vehicle without a commercial driver's license after a traffic stop near Main and Illinois streets.

Police charged David A. Dutton, 20, with possession of marijuana during a 7 p.m. traffic stop in the 15600 block of 127th Street.

Taylor W. Enke, 20, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during an 11:50 p.m. traffic stop near the intersection of Lemont and Old Lemont roads.

MONDAY, JULY 4

Lemont police arrested Lukas Halcin, 29, of the 8000 block of West Thomas Street in Justice, around 2:30 a.m. at Lemont Road and Archer Avenue. Halcin was charged with driving without a valid driver's license and improper lane use.

TUESDAY, JULY 5

Aila Myers, 30, of the 400 block of Talcott Avenue in Lemont, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. after a traffic stop near Illinois and State streets. She was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, driving without insurance and improper lane use.

Bruce R. Parker, 48, of the 2100 block of South State Street in Lockport, was charged around 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of State and Short streets with driving on a suspended license and speeding between 15 and 20 mph over the posted speed limit.

THURSDAY, JULY 7

Police issued local ordinance citations to two juveniles around 4 p.m. after an incident at Roberta Street and Timberline Drive. One was cited for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia; the other, possession of marijuana.

FRIDAY, JULY 8

Christopher D. Norvais, 31, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor around 6:30 p.m. after an incident in the 14700 block of National Park Drive, police said.

Lea A. Klucinski, 19, was charged around 6:30 p.m. with possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor following an incident in the 14700 block of National Park Drive.
