District 113A Seeks Public Input on Next Superintendent
A survey provided by the Illinois Association of School Boards is now available through the district's website.

The Board of Education is seeking community input on the district's next superintendent.
An online survey provided by the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) is now available through the District 113A website or by clicking here.
District 113A board members, staff, parents and community members are asked to complete the survey to provide feedback on desirable traits, skills or characteristics of the district's next superintendent. The results will be tallied and used by the board and screening team to develop a brochure to advertise the position.

The survey is available now through midnight on Monday, Dec. 5.
The District 113A school board is tasked with finding a successor for current Superintendent Tim Ricker, that he will retire at the end of the current school year.

Last week, the board to assist in the superintendent search process. Basic services will cost the district between $5,000 and $7,500, according to IASB representatives.
