Lemont High School 2025 Football Schedule Released

LEMONT, IL — In just a few short weeks, Lemont High School football players will be taking to the field for the first game of the 2025 season on Aug. 29.

The IHSA Football State Finals are scheduled to be played on Nov. 28–29, hosted at Hancock Stadium on the campus of Illinois State University in Normal. According to IHSA, the Class 1A-4A title games will be contested on Nov. 28, with Class 5A-8A following on Nov. 29.

The nine-week regular season will determine the 256 teams that qualify for the IHSA football playoffs.

In Lemont, the head coach is William Hayes, and the team finished the 2024 season with a 6-4 overall record. Lemont is part of the South Suburban Conference.

• Week 1: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, home vs. Libertyville (non-conference)
• Week 2: 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, away at Kaneland (non-conference)
• Week 3: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12, home vs. Bremen (conference)
• Week 4: 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, away at Tinley Park (conference)
• Week 5: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, home vs. Thornton Fractional South (conference)
• Week 6: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, home vs. Thornton Fractional North (conference)
• Week 7: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, home vs. Hillcrest (conference)
• Week 8: 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, away at Richards (non-conference)
• Week 9: 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, away at Oak Forest (conference)
