Oct. 11: Farmers Market, Senior Expo, Board Meetings

1. Senior Expo

A Senior Expo will be held at noon Tuesday at the , 16300 Alba St. The expo will feature free health screenings, vendors and raffles. Box lunches will be sold for $2.

2. Farmers Market Continues

The weekly  continues today in the Talcott Square parking lot. The market runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  for more information, including a complete list of vendors.

3. School District Meetings

The Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the , 15425 E. 127th St.

The Board of Education will hold its monthly business meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the District 210 Board Room, 800 Porter St.

4. Lemont Township Meeting

The Lemont Township Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the , 16300 Alba St.

5. Park District Meeting

The Board of Commissioners will hold a committee of the whole meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in , 16028 W. 127th St.
