Tara L. Terbush, 28, of 310 Illinois St., was arrested at 1:20 a.m. near Lemont and Old Lemont roads. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane usage. She was issued a March 21 court date in Bridgeview.

Driving Under the Influence

David S. Jarmy, 51, of 149 Norfolk Ave. in Clarendon Hills, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. in the 10300 block of Lemont Road. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper turn. He was issued a Feb. 23 court date in Bridgeview.

No Valid License

Esteban Martinez, 22, of 128 Western Ave. in Blue Island, was arrested at 11:44 p.m near the intersection of Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. He was charged with driving without a valid license. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.

Retail Theft

Ryszard Klimek, 59, of 13537 High Road in Lockport, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with retail theft. He appeared in the Bridgeview courthouse for a bond hearing.
