Lemont Township Assessor Team Hosts Meet And Greet For Real Estate Professionals

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Township Assessor team will host a meet and greet for real estate professionals, and share information about different exemptions that can benefit prospective buyers.

The Township said the meet and greet will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Jan. 20 at the Township Community Center, 16300 Alba St.

At the event, Diana Groselak and Mario Mollo will give a brief introduction about themselves, and they will give a presentation about the Township Assessor's website and discuss the Homeowner’s Exemption, the Senior Citizen Exemption, and the Low-Income Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze.

"Finally, they will talk about what they have heard from Lemont residents who recently moved into Lemont, and questions we have heard from other Real Estate Professionals," the Township said.

Folklore Coffee will be served at the event.
