Police Blotter: DUI, Battery Charges
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lemont Police Department for arrests made Nov. 7-13. It does not indicate a conviction.
Traffic Violations
- Victor E. Guerrero, 40, of 1106 Michael St. in Lockport, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. at Archer Avenue and State Street. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and suspended registration for no insurace. He was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.
- Michael J. Musillami, 24, of 1810 Inner Circle in Crest Hill, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. near Archer Avenue and Bell Road. He was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and suspended registration. He was issued a Dec. 22 court date in Bridgeview.
Battery
Karla M. Mercado, 28, of 24 Meagan Lane in Lemont, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. following an incident in the 500 block of Illinois Street. She was charged with battery. She was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.

Driving Under the Influence
Frank N. Nielsen III, 24, of 4433 W. Jean St. in Alsip, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. in the 12900 block of Archer Avenue. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was issued a Dec. 8 court date in Bridgeview.
