Police Blotter: DUI, Illegal Transport of Alcohol

Suspended License
Brian T. Anderson, 33, of 15 Norton Ave. in Lemont, was arrested at 11:03 p.m. near Weimer Avenue and Peiffer Street. He was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and operation of a vehicle with expired registration. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.

Driving Under the Influence
Rosemary Botta, 51, of 2601 Walter Drive in New Lenox, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. following a traffic stop at 127th and State streets. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transport of alcohol, obstructing a peace officer, speeding and improper lane usage. She was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.
Suspended License
Baltazar Caltzontzi, 40, of 502 Liberty Drive in Joliet, was arrested at 1:22 p.m near Lemont and Old Lemont roads. He was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper use of registration. He was issued a Feb. 9 court date in Bridgeview.

Suspended License
- Arturo Hernandez, 43, of 309 Lake St. in Maywood, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. near Archer Avenue and Derby Road. He was charged with driving on a suspended license and no registration plate light. He was issued a Feb. 9 court date in Bridgeview.

Rimantas Simutis, 59, of 13794 McCarthy Road in Lemont, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. in the 800 block of State Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transport of alcohol and improper lane usage. He was issued a March 7 court date in Bridgeview.
