2. District 210 Meeting
The Board of Education will hold its monthly business meeting at 7 p.m. Monday in the district board room, 800 Porter St. For more information, visit www.lhs210.net.
3. Village Board Meeting
The will hold two meetings Monday night, a business meeting at 7 p.m. and a committee of the whole meeting at 8 p.m. The meetings will take place in Village Hall, 418 Main St. For more information, visit www.lemont.il.us.
4. Lemont Patch Turns "1"
Happy Birthday, Lemont Patch! On Saturday, Sept. 10, the site officially celebrated its first anniversary. Be sure to check out as she reflected on 365 days of serving the Lemont community.

5. Fall Fun at the Lemont Library
The , 50 E. Wend St., is hosting a number of special events for kids Monday to kick off the fall season.
- Harvest Happiness: From 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m., children ages 3 and 4 are invited to enjoy stories, apples, school fun, pumpkins and more. The event includes fun crafts and songs. There is a $5 craft fee.
- Autumn Antics: From 4:15 p.m. to 5 p.m., kindergarteners are invited to enjoy great books, games and surprises. There is a $5 craft fee.
- Apple Adventures: From 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., parents and babies are invited to enjoy finger plays and first books. Each event ends with a cascade of bubbles. There is a $5 craft fee.
- Pumpkin Pages: From 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., 2-year-olds are invited to enjoy books, dance music and simple crafts. There is a $5 craft fee.
