The , 50 E. Wend St., will host a short tutorial on using the library's electronic book borrowing system Wednesday afternoon.  and Age Options are co-sponsoring a "Take Charge of Your Health" class for seniors at 10 a.m. Thursday. The event will be held at the , 16300 Alba St., and will cover exercise, stress management, medication, communication, nutrition and treatment options.

4. Family Science Night

The Lemont Park District is hosting a Family Science Night at , 16028 W. 127th St., on Thursday, Sept. 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event will feature hands-on activities for children and parents, a science fair, and guest speakers from Argonne National Laboratory and Fermilab.
