Whiz Kids: Lemont Scouts Serve Sweet Treats

Lemont Girl Scout Troop 456, Brownie Troop 571 and Tiger Club Den 6

Names: Junior Girl Scouts Michelle Graefen, Erin Crispo, Kailee Nunzio and Isabella Bercher; Brownie Girl Scouts Jayne Pelen, Jillian Colabelli, Ayla Bercher and Ellie Cuiching; and Tiger Cub Scout Michael Graefen

Accomplishment: The Lemont Scouts recently banded together to bake a variety of cookies and desserts for the residents of Holy Family Villa in Palos Park. 

Key(s) to Awesomeness: Cheri Graefen says of the scouts, "The residents were thrilled to see the scouts and the scouts enjoyed seeing their smiling faces. Just seeing their eyes light up and how thankful and appreciative the residents were really made the visit very special and meaningful for the kids."
