According to the news report, Mundelein Police Chief Eric Guenther said 29-year-old Norton, of the 500 block of Woodcrest Drive, went inside his ex-girlfriend's house in the 500 block of North Prairie Avenue last week without permission and took items. Guenther added that when a child confronted Norton, the man pushed the child out of the way, the Daily Herald reported.
