Libertyville Blotter: DUI and Traffic Arrests

Andrew Moreno, 26, of the 700 block of McKinley Avenue in Mundeline was arrested at Milwaukee Avenue near Lincoln Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, two counts of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane use and operating an uninsured vehicle, police reported.

Mark Edward McGrady, 24, of the 2900 block of Sandalwood Road in Buffalo Grove was arrested at Butterfield Road, just south of Golf Road on charges of DUI and improper lane use, police reported.

Ana Marie Garza, age 26, of the 100 block of Stonegate Road in Lake Forest was arrested on charges of two counts of DUI and no drivers license on person, police reported.

Nicole L. Martucci, age 34, of the 200 block of Atlantic Drive in Vernon Hills was arrested at Butterfield Road near Golf Road on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, no valid drivers license, failure to give aid or information, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported.

Marc A. Rettig, 35, of the 17600 block of W. Horseshoe Lane in Gurnee was arrested on Church Street, just east of Milwaukee Avenue on charges of DUI and improper backing, police reported.

Aaron R. Oechsle, 24, of the 700 block of Richards Street in Geneva was arrested on Route 176 just west of Dawes Street on charges of DUI, expired registration and failure to signal lane change, police reported.
