2016 Scarecrow Scramble Nighttime 5K and Fall Festival
All proceeds for the event go to the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation Scholarship Fund & Lisle Teens with Character Program.

The 12th Annual Nighttime 5k Run/Walk & Fall Festival returns on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Lisle Community Park. Register to run or walk to help provide recreation scholarships to low-income families and to the Lisle Teens with Character Program. The family-friendly event will have music, food and drinks, hayrides, a costume contest, face painting, balloon artist, bonfire, crafter booths and more. The Scarecrow Scramble is a premiere running experience race for the most avid runners and race participants, while promoting quality and safety. All proceeds for the event benefit the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation Scholarship Fund & Lisle Teens with Character Program.
Registration costs are $30 (pre-registration) for the all ages 5K run/walk and $35 for race day registration, $20 for the Youth Run (1/2 Mile Run, ages 5-11) or $25 for race day registration, $8 for the Tot Dash (50-Yard Dash, ages 2-4) and children 10 and under are free for the 5K walk/run. The first 500 registrants are guaranteed a microfiber glow-in-the-dark long sleeve race shirt. Each race registration fee includes a chip-timed bib, a ticket redeemable for one slice of pizza and one beer (participants 21 & over) or drink at the Fall Festival location.
