Arbor Station Townhome Development Gets Green Light In Lisle
Pulte Homes will build the 14 townhome buildings, which will comprise 66 studio and one-bedroom living spaces.
LISLE, IL — On Monday, Lisle commissioners gave the green light to the 66-townhome Arbor Station project, which will built just south of Lisle Cemetery in downtown Lisle.
The development will consist of 14 buildings built by Pulte Homes. Approval had been required to allow a zoning variation that would permit buildings taller than two stories in the part of the 4.6-acre site designated for R-1 zoning.
The three-story townhomes will comprise studios and one-bedroom homes, each with a two-car garage that loads in the rear of the building.

Residents will have the option of building out their attic spaces with a terrace that opens out onto the back of their building. This would effectively allow for four-story townhome buildings, per village documents.
In a statement, Lisle Mayor Mary Jo Mullen expressed that she is “pleased to see the Arbor Station project taking shape."
