$250,000 Bail Set for Naperville Man Accused in Kiddie Porn Video Case

Bail for a Naperville man accused of keeping kiddie porn on his computer was set at $250,000 on Saturday. Ryan M. Gutierrez, 29, of the 1900 block of Alta Vista in Naperville, is charged with one count of dissemination of child pornography and three counts of possession of child pornography.

A judge ordered that Gutierrez, if he makes bond, have no computer or Internet access and no contact with children.

Gutierrez had been under scrutiny for months as part of an investigation into file-sharing of child porn videos, according to Naperville police. The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office said nearly 350 videos were found.
