Additional Info: Phoebe has had training classes, and all adoption fees from anyone who adopts her will go toward continuing her training with K-9 Guardians since she responded very well to training with them. Angel 4 Cause Rescue where she is currently located says that she walks very well on a leash.
Adoption Requirement: Phoebe needs to go to a home with a high fence because she love to hunt and play so she can easily jump a lower fence.
