Apartment Complex Near Arboretum Sold For $67 Million

LISLE, IL - A Lisle apartment complex switched hands recently for $67 million. Avant at the Arboretum was bought by JVM Realty from Opus Development and TA Realty, according to a report from Crain's.

This is the third recent acquisition for JVM in the Chicago suburbs. The firm's CEO told Crain's the apartment complex at 450 Warrenville Road near the Morton Arboretum is "a superior-quality property in a submarket that is underserved."
