National Weather Service issues special weather statement about cold front coming through.

Grab your jackets and scarves, the cold front is coming in.

According to the National Weather Service temperatures across the Chicagoland region will dramatically fall late this afternoon. The weather service predicts temperatures to drop by as much as 20 degrees before 6 p.m. and bring cold rains with it, as well as possible wind gusts of up to 20 miles per hour. Temperatures will drop to the mid-30s tonight and the high Friday is expected to only hit 50.
