Community Blood Drive Scheduled For Sept. 24
Appointments are appreciated, but walk-ins will be welcome as the schedule and social distancing requirements allow.
The Village of Lisle will be hosting a Community Blood Drive on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. In partnership with Versiti Blood Centers of Illinois, a mobile coach will be on site at the Lisle Village Hall, 925 Burlington Avenue to accept blood donations.
As part of Versiti’s standard testing they will be performing the SARS COV-2 (COVID-19) antibody test on blood donations. Versiti Blood Centers of Illinois serves 63 hospitals in a 12-county area in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, and collects more than 155,000 units of blood annually. Every donation can save up to three lives.

Appointments to make donations are greatly appreciated, with walk-ins welcome as the schedule and social distancing requirements allow. Schedule an appointment online or call 1-800-7TO-GIVE. On the day of donation, donors are required to wear a mask and must be in good health and feeling well.
