Lisle Woman’s Club Hosts Annual International Dinner

Lisle Woman’s Club’s annual International Dinner will feature presentations by four foreign students from Benedictine University.  They will talk about their native countries, and describe their experiences coming to this country for their education.

Johanne Jeudy is an undergraduate from Haiti studying Pre-Med.  Xinzhu Bao, Chang Liu, and Hui Zhang are all from China and are graduate students in the College of Business.  Zhang and Liu are both pursuing MBAs; Liu is also studying Accounting.  Bao is earning her degree in Accounting.

A potluck dinner of dishes with international flavors will precede the program.  It will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Lisle Police Station, 5040 Il. Rte. 53.

Lisle Woman’s Club was established in 1963.  It is part of the Illinois Federation of Woman’s Clubs, which belongs to the international organization known as the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs.
