Lisle Man Places in Triathlon

Nearly 10,000 participants from across the country competed in the Life Time Tri Chicago, the country’s largest triathlon, on Aug. 26 in downtown Chicago. The 30th annual event brought together amateur and professional athletes alike to swim, bike and run their way to the finish line with top contenders in 11 age groups.

David Lampert, of Lisle, came in second in the men, ages 30-34 category. His time was 2:16:52.
