Mobile Drivers Services Facility at Village Hall Thursday

Need to renew your vehicle stickers? Drivers License? Those who live and work in Lisle won't have far to go to do it.

Lisle residents and those in the area who want to renew their vehicle stickers or drivers licenses, before the school year starts, can skip a trip to the Secretary of State's office by dropping by the Lisle Village Hall Thursday.

The Secretary of State’s Mobile Drivers’ Services Facility will be in from 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Village Hall Board Room, 925 Burlington Ave.

Driver’s licenses, identification cards, and license plate renewal stickers (for July, August, or September) are services they can provide.

For renewals, a current license or state identification card usually provides most of the data. For those over 75 years of age, a road test is required and they will not be equipped to perform that service. New applicants must provide a minimum of three acceptable forms of identification.

A comprehensive list of acceptable forms of identification is located on the Secretary of State’s website.
