Electronics Recycling Event is Saturday in Lisle

Electronics, such as computer monitors, printers, stereos, microwaves, VCRs, cell phones and TVs can be recycled.

Residents can drop off unwanted electronics and rechargable batteries for recycling, free of charge, during the village's monthly collection event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, at 4930 Lincoln Ave.

Volunteers and employees from Creative Recycling will unload participants' items to be recycled.

Electronics, such as computer monitors, printers, stereos, microwaves, VCRs, cell phones and TVs can be recycled. Small household appliances, including blenders, toasters and alarm clocks will also be collected.
