Residents Can Unload Larger Household Items During Community Cleanup Day in Lisle
On Oct. 4, Lisle residents can dispose of an unlimited amount of household items and refuse curbside.

LISLE, IL — Lisle residents who have curbside trash collection service can unload an unlimited amount of refuse an household items as part of Community Cleanup Day on Oct. 4.
Items should be placed at the curb by 6 a.m. on Oct. 4 to ensure that Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) will collect them. Stickers must be affixed to the first five items, but additional items do not require stickers.
The following are ineligible for collection:

- Appliances
- Hazardous waste
- Railroad ties
- Construction materials
- Tires
- Yard waste
- Heavy items that will require special handling
If you have a cart subscription with LRS, you do not need to affix stickers to your items.
