Trash, Yard Waste Fees To Increase July 1 In Lisle
Refuse rates had been frozen in Lisle in the wake of the pandemic. See what changes residents can expect as of July 1.
LISLE, IL — Lisle residents will soon notice an increase in some trash and yard waste rates, which are set to go up as of July 1. The rates had been frozen for the past year as a result of the pandemic.
The new rates are as follows:
- $3.24 for yard waste and single refuse stickers
- $16.20 for a sheet of yard waste and single refuse stickers
- Yard waste cart rates will increase by $.50 and $.63 cents a month
- Seasonal yard waste cart rates will increase by $3.28 and $3.94
The increased rates coincide with a two-year agreement between Lakeshore Recycling Systems and the Village of Lisle that took effect in 2022.
