Village Of Lisle: Community Recognition Program Award Winners Announced

Congratulations to GreenBee Energy Efficiency and Joe Bennett on receiving the Community Recognition Award this year! GreenBee Energy Efficiency was selected for the business recognition for their continued work assisting Lisle businesses to become more energy efficient while saving money on their energy bills. Under leadership of Brad Esposito, President of GreenBee, the business contributes a percentage of every project completed to multiple worthy causes each year.

Joe Bennett was chosen as the recipient of this year’s individual Community Recognition Award for his long-standing volunteerism in the community. Mr. Bennett’s efforts include assisting with the organization of the popular Depot Days event, working with the Lisle Park District on starting and nurturing Lisle Station Park since the late 1970’s, and donating much of his time to the Lisle Model Railroad Club.

Many worthy nominations were submitted for Lisle’s Community Recognition Award Program. Thank you to all those that participated in this year’s Community Recognition Award program.
