Yard Waste Pickup Resumes For 2025 Season in Lisle

LISLE, IL — It's a sure sign of spring now that yard waste collection has resumed for the 2025 season in Lisle. The weekly collection began Wednesday.
LRS Waste Management will collect yard debris, food scraps and other organic waste into December.
Below is a list of items that may be included in the yard waste and organic collection.

- Grass clippings
- Flowers
- Leaves
- Plants
- Shrub clippings
- Twigs
To ensure pickup, residents must place their items in a biodegradable container or paper bag. Receptacles must be at the curb by 6 a.m. each Wednesday.
Residents can use yard waste stickers or can subscribe for annual pickup via the LRS website.
