An Extra Treat: Manhattan Extends Trick-Or-Treating Hours

Manhattan officials Tuesday voted to add an extra hour of trick-or-treat time, effective this Halloween.

MANHATTAN, IL — This one's all treat, no trick.

Village of Manhattan officials yesterday voted to add an extra hour of trick-or-treating time for the ghouls and goblins in town.

Trick-or-treating hours are now set for Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 3 to 8 p.m., pushing back the cutoff from its earlier 7 p.m. end time. Officials passed the resolution during the Oct. 3 Village Board meeting.
