K. Hovnanian® Homes Grand Opening Design Center At Hanover Estates In Manhattan

This Saturday, February 4th, K. Hovnanian® Homes is grand opening its new design center at Hanover Estates in Manhattan.

The builder’s professional design team will be on-site from 1 to 5 p.m., showing off the countless selections available for new-home buyers. Two decorated models also are open to tour so home shoppers can see the latest building trends.

“One of the main reasons people prefer a newly built home is that they can choose their flooring, features, fixtures, finishes and more,” said Andy Konovodoff, president of K. Hovnanian® Developments of Illinois, Inc. “By inviting them to our new design center, we’re giving them the opportunity to explore all of the different styles, colors and choices available to them.”

At Hanover Estates, K. Hovnanian® Homes is offering two series of homes for a total of eight floor plans. Homes in the Classic Series range in size from 2,448 to 3,308 square feet while those in the Traditional Series range from 2,498 to 3,635 square feet. Each two-story has four bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths while the ranch has three bedrooms and two full baths. Base prices, which are subject to change, range from $272,995 to $307,995 for the Classic Series and $327,995 to $357,995 for the Traditional Series.

According to Konovodoff, all Hanover Estates homes can be personalized with a variety of standard choices for everything from countertops to cabinets, flooring to faucets. Outside, different combinations of colors and materials create attractive streetscapes and give the community architectural diversity.

A wide selection of interior and exterior options also are offered. When choosing the gourmet kitchen, for example, homeowners receive upgraded cabinets and finishes. The luxury owner’s bath option provides a second bowl and separate shower.

Buyers at Hanover Estates can further enhance their new homes by adding a fireplace, morning room, extra bedroom, home office, family room extension, and owner’s suite sitting room—all of which are offered based on the floor plan selected.

Decorative touches such as archways and bay windows create architectural distinction while a three-car garage or full basement can increase storage space.

Practical items such as a laundry tub, extra windows, a service door in the garage, and appliances including a washer and dryer are available, as well.

To see how many of these features are incorporated into the home designs, visitors can walk through two professionally decorated models at Hanover Estates. In addition, three homes are ready for quick move-in—the two-story Clover and Jasper along with the Rosewood ranch.

Hanover Estates is ideally situated within highly rated and sought-after Lincoln-Way Community High School District #210.
