MANHATTAN, IL — The Manhattan District 114 Board of Education at a special meeting on April 28 bid farewell to outgoing members, and welcomed its newly elected leadership.
The board thanked outgoing members Scott Mancke, Terry Doyle and Donald Knoll for their commitment to the students, staff, and families of the district.
In addition to returning members, the board officially welcomed Erica Aultz as its newest member. A district parent and frequent attendee at board meetings, Aultz won her seat in the April 1 consolidated election, and "brings a well-informed and thoughtful perspective," the District said in a release.
