Manhattan Junior High To Host Veterans For Breakfast, Ceremony

MANHATTAN, IL — Manhattan School District 114 and Manhattan Junior High are inviting local veterans to visit the school for a ceremony in commemoration of Veterans Day.

Local veterans and their family members are invited to the school, 15606 Smith Rd., from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 10. A free breakfast will be served from 8 to 8:45 a.m., with a program beginning at 8:45 a.m. in the gym. All veterans and veteran family members are welcome to attend.
