Manhattan Schools Opt For E-Learning, Closure Thursday
With a chance of more snowfall Thursday, some Manhattan schools are choosing to do remote learning or closing for the day.

MANHATTAN, IL — While most of the snowfall is moving out of the area Wednesday evening, there is still a chance for additional snow Thursday in Manhattan.
Patch is keeping a list of which schools in Manhattan have decided to close or offer remote learning, according to information on the Emergency Closing Center website.
The following Manhattan schools will be closed closed Thursday: (This list will update as additional schools announce closings.)

- Manhattan School District 114. (E-learning)
- St. Joseph Catholic School.
Manhattan saw 12 inches of snowfall from Tuesday night into Wednesday, according to information from The Weather Channel.
The National Weather Service is predicting up to a half inch of snow Thursday.
